SaberForgeForum....I have done it.
Cyan 12+ watt Phoenix!  I am super happy I finally bought a saber. I am still leading towards the Venomous Fury, maybe for a Dark Jedi costume. Now to wait (im) patiently for the famed Toblerone! |

Because my order was so big and costly, I got the 6w LEDs. Still hoping they are plenty bright.

, I read recently that all 12W and 6W are to be replaced by 12W+ and 6W+ respectfully. With there being a noticeable difference between the 12W LEDs and the 12W+ I assume it'll be the same for the 6W+ so I dare say they'll be plenty bright! |

Man I would strongly urge you to alter that order and upgrade them to 12w. I know its alot with 4 sabers that would be 120 bucks more but seriously... the difference is massive. The fact is, you spent a good chunk of change its true. But you aren't getting any of these sabers for at least another 2 months or more. Throw out the extra 120 now and make it up in the next two months. Maybe use a credit card? I'm just throwing out ideas. Just some friendly advice for you. You have to do whats best for you and your family of course. But a mere 30 bucks for that difference in brightness isn't even a question normally...its a MUST have upgrade. I do get its tough when dealing with 4 sabers though. Good luck to you! |

Interesting. Anything in particular that determines which type of packaging is used, since we have seen examples of both recently? If I had to guess it would be the presence, or absence of a blade in the package (due to the length).

I like the Toblerone boxes but I never received any in those, all of mine were brown, long, rectangular boxes. I am international so maybe that has something to do with it.

It was a hard sell for the wife t begin with, and I am going to be just as happy with them. Honestly, I wish I could, I just know I can't drop another 120$ wife would kill me. |

This is absolutely true! In a relationship, you share everything...good, and bad. That includes happiness. That is kind of what the word "relationship" means. It is not just a Facebook status. It really means that everything is shared, and mutual. If that is so, most other things take care of themselves. But...I digress...back to saber matters! |
