The best thing that comes with the Saber that is beyond any measure or accessory is the excitement of the saber itself! (and maybe the box, yes definitely the box)

Defconbird does not have an Etsy page. They can be ordered via his ebay page with pre-made bag items or contact through there. Where he got started was this thread on the Imperial Royal Arms forum, which he has kept up to date with full listings off all available materials, color choices, and other options, along with a gallery of past custom designs. Those bags are pretty nifty. However, I'm gonna be honest: if my saber(s) are going somewhere with me, I've got them on my belt for all to see. If I'm bringing a blade, I've got an awesome leather bag almost like a gun sock that I wear under my outer clothing (usually a hoodie), and I slide my blade into that sucker. It doesn't poke out of my shirt so I can still put my hood up, and when I need it I reach backwards and grab it.

Last time I had my saber was Easter. Of course, I forgot that my US Apprentice V4 really just resembles a maglite considering it has no sound and is literally a metal...flashlight. I'll look more badass when I finally rake in the cash to get a Champion Oracle.

As cool as these are, if they are for transporting, id prefer something a little more durable unless you are taking them in a car. I see the selling point, just wish the guy made cases as well :) Would love to see what he can come up with.

The bag isn't for transportation unless it's somewhere in town it's more of a dust cover than anything

Agreed. A case or sling that could transport the saber and blade would be more useful.

Also, I wonder how these would handle sabers with the sharp emitters like the Fury, Venomous Fury, or Acolyte. How long would it take before the inside of the bag looks like a clawed cat toy?

There was another thread in the forum about traveling with your saber. The blades do make it a bit more difficult but there were some pretty nice options out there including foam lines hard cases for hilts. There is actually a lot of options out there.
