Just got it in the mail. Completely removed retention screw right below the emitter (not the one half way down) it won't move. I don't want to use tools and scratch it. I tried emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and got an email error. Can someone help me with this please? Thanks

Did the blade plug fall under the lip of the emitter somehow? Post some pics please.

Does the plug shift up and down when you invert the Hilt or is it wedged in good?

Try using a vacuum cleaner with your closed fist bridging the emitter and vacuum mouth together to create a seal to coax the plug out towards the end. If you can get even a couple of millimetres of the plug out you may then be able to use some pliers to remove it.

Agreed with h2soy, pictures can assist with the troubleshoot.
