I'm guessing this is totally normal, but again, I'm just curious how much longer it will be until my sabers are actually on their way; left SF headquarters, and making their way to my door. Lucky you, I ordered a Prodigal Son Champion edition on the same day and I am still stuck on confirmed. Hoping that I get an update soon. |

I'm a little confused, it seems like people who order 2 weeks after me have already dropped into the queue but my order hasnt even gotten a tracking number yet? Could anyone explain why this might be?

When parts shortages occur, they keep powering through the queue while waiting on those parts to arrive. That has happened a couple of times since the beginning of the year, and while it is obviously not a good situation for anybody involved, it makes sense that they would keep producing the sabers not affected by the shortage.

Alrighty that makes total sense, thanks so much it's my first time ordering so of course I'm a bit anxious but I'm so excited for these so I must remember there is no dissatisfaction, only the force. Haha

Hello,
Thank you for your patience, we will get that completed for you as soon as possible. The 3 week delay is from the date of the email (May 18). There is no aesthetic difference, simply a change in how the parts are being machined to make the hilt more durable and able to withstand dueling. The gift certificate does not have an expiration date, but cannot be used until the order is completed and delivered to you (as it will be included in the package). You are free to apply it to any order which has not been shipped yet. Unfortunately this is the only compensation we are currently offering. We apologize for the inconvenience of having to wait longer, and appreciate your continued patience. May the Forge be with you! Isha I am now waiting for a second follow-up reply (likely next week) for clarification on the supplied Stand to determine if it equals the former (as we all know it) version or if (much like the Newer versions of Covertech Clips) is now the Newer Version shared by =Ottomatix= demonstrating the Hilt Caddy. While Isha writes that there is no aesthetic difference, between CR Versions 2 & 3, the differences were significant as improvements between CR Version 1 & 2 (which I shall elaborate on in a different Thread). It may just have to be a case of waiting for receipt to evaluate the new result. |

At this time, we do not have any information regarding if or when the crystal reveal sabers will be warrantied for dueling.

Myst Dancer's Kiss has finaly Arrived, it was a total suprise as USPS quit listing it weeks ago. I ordered these Hero Tier Descent Sabers on Jan 6TH, the shiped email arived March 26th Pre-Shipment showed up March 31st. Then parts shortages put my order on hold. I've dealt with alot of Frustration but in the end the wait realy is worth it. cant seem to put it down. I would like to Thank Saber Forge for their Paitence with me and member of this forrum for helping me maintain my sanity as a first time buyer. I could not be more pleased.

SO positives my Exhaulted is here! yay!
Negatives they sent me a British plug-n for my charger, no Allen key and one of the new low profile kill keys when i specifically asked for a bronzed knurled one and confirmed it with them through email . |
