Today Marks week 12 for me, got my confirmed status on the 23rd but not any activity on my tracking number. Still in Oregon :/ I'm Canada so that may also delay it a little. SO CLOSE! -ordered on 6th Jan

Entered pre-shipment today! The tracking number I was given when I was marked "shipped" a week ago is now working! Hope it's not much longer... this is where I would assume this parts shortage may or may not kick in.

Yep that's probably right. Mines been in shipped since the 2nd and in pre-ship since the 9th due to parts shortage. You can always email and ask for an update but it still may be awhile yet unless parts came in. Last I heard they were short parts still as of the 25th of March. |

STATUS CHANGE, STATUS CHANGE
After 11 and 1/2 weeks my order for my acolyte warrior DIY saber has finally gone from "confirmed" to "shipped" As of now i am away from home on spring break and will not be back till Sunday. so hopefully it will be done and built be next week and ship out! |

I have literaly just recieved the email from SF saying my saber is shipped and being built.
Im not going to lie i was begining to feel like something had gone horibly wrong and id flushed 550 dollars down the toilet. All is good and i cant wait to get my hands on my shiney new viper elite |

I ordered my sabre in January and it's still showing as confirmed not dispatched. I was told that the lead time had gone up to 10weeks but it's over that now. I live in the UK - do you think that's the problem?

Quick update on the thin neck parts shortage, I just had the following reply from India
"Hello! I have looked into the delay on your order. We are currently waiting for a part to be made for your saber so we can complete the assembly and quality inspections. We apologize for the delay and we are working as quickly as we can to get the parts ready for assembly. Our production manager has been alerted of the delay in your order. Once we get the parts in we can move your order into production. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause" I ordered an Exhalted but from reading other posts it appears to be all thin necks that are held up. Keeping everything crossed the parts come in soon. |

Rest assured, it's not because you live in the UK. The only thing that would delay is the actual shipping once USPS retrieves the package, and it wouldn't be by much. I think the website is kind of misleading since 11-12 weeks seems to be the general time span I'm seeing on this thread as to when people enter the "shipped" status (which really means you have gone into the build queue). My status changed to shipped exactly 11 weeks after I placed my order. My concern is that those who entered thin-necks are getting major delays due to a parts shortage. |

I ordered mine on January 12 ... and it just got in the assembly queue, and haven't been actually shipped yet. By the time I get it's probably be a long 13 weeks waiting time. The ETA was 6-8 weeks when I put my order. Now it claims it is 8-10 weeks. Reality ... much longer.

Well looks like they may have the parts in, at least for an exhalted. My order just updated and my cell phone notification says it shipped. However the tracking info is in orange on the USPS website and says it is in transit - delayed and will not arrive when expected, cant help but laugh at that. The blade plug shipped at 1pm and is on its way but the saber went out after 4pm from Oregan City OR and got stuck at 6pm in Portland OR, I guess it missed the truck, hence the delay. Blade plug arrives Monday So I guess the saber should be Tuesday, it says I'll get an update on delivery when available. Oh the irony of another delay.... Wait a minute....Tuesday..... that's April 5th when The Force Awakens  PS yes my phone does an R2 beep when I get shipping updates, it woke me up from my sleep to good news. |

So excited everyone. Iv been informed my crystal reveal exhalted I ordered back on December 29 will have the part its been waiting for withen the next 2-3 weeks. Which at this point a couple extra days it's a big deal even though I'm going crazy with anticipation. I spend the whole day in arts and craft mode building a saber stand worthy of such greatness using foam Board, paint, tape, and glue. I'm happy with the result I think the exhalted is going to look awesome on this thing. I even measured the arms to the perfect alignment to the hilt using a buddy of mines exhalted hilt for refrence.
