Hello fellow members,
Here is to the ones who, like me, spent hours on the saberforge website during the cold nights of winter, only to finally place an order on one special night, after seeing one special movie. I was actually wondering who among us were lucky enough to have received their relics of this ancient time, and who were still in the wait. I am among the second category, though I did get the pre-shipment notice. But it got me as excited as I was on the week after placing my order, and know I am dying for an update in status !  It would be very informative to know what was the date you placed your order, and what is your current status. I know some of you are already playing with their pride, and i thank them for the reviews they've been posting. A late christmas is still better than no christmas at all ! Greetings from France. |

I too ordered in December on the 11th to be exact but it went just like the faq show order then nothing for weeks then it's gets fun u get your email that ur saber is in the que that happened for me on feb.7 and five days later after checking my tracking number 100 times a day I got it on the 12th which was five days from build que to door but that was just how it went for me

Ordered mine on Dec 21st and it just went into "preshipment" yesterday!

Same here, i got the email that it was being built on the 22nd of Feb 2016
 and i ordered on the 25th of December 2015 (Yes, i was away from the family on christmas day on my computer just to order it my own saber)

Well we might not have to wait so much anymore, considering what Kered said. I ordered on the 19th of December and got the preshipment notice on Feb 19th. I assume you were VERY lucky that it happened so quicky, as you received it 5 days after the change of status. That time wasn't enough for us to get from preshpiment to shipped

Like I said that's just me but it was nice to happen fast even if I had to wait 6 months I would have been ok(glad I didn't)saber forge is the best way to go did 2months of research before I even ordered the stress test on YouTube sold me after I got it I knew id never use another saber maker hope u get it soon love to read them reviews I'll be ordering my 2nd saber soon waiting for wife to pick which one she wants |

Pre-shipment is after build que, am I right? My tracking number just popped up as in pre-shipment despite that I received my build que notification last week, so I was just wondering/hoping.
Edit: that misspelling of "queue" though

You are right SithLordLim---preshipment means the post office gets notified that there is an item to be picked up/mailed. You are close my friend!

I hovered for a few years, constantly returning but never buying. TFA was my trigger: Dec 29, after seeing it the second time.

I actually didn't expect the pre-shipment phase to be so long.
I have to admit it is the hardest part of the wait so far Days are looong and weeks seems infinite now ^^ Also, knowing that the transit is gonna be even longer for me since i am abroad... argh ! But all of it only enhance the final excitement, I suppose (hope). |
