I ordered lightsaber acolyte warrior on etsy, now i wait my ordered but i wanted to know if it's possible after upgrade my saber myself ? Add sound for exemple .. ? Thanks for you answers ! |

Yes, it is possible.
Though, you won't be able to use Saberforge's boards without sending it back in, all the Plecter Labs boards are out of stock (as usual) and won't be back until June (not as usual), so finding a soundboard is going to be a big pain in the neck. You'll also need to replace the latching switch (on warrior tier) with a momentary switch (for all the soundboards that I know of). Also! As you're a new member, why don't you acknowledge the rules, read the FAQ, and introduce yourself? We'd be glad if you did! EDIT: NEVERMIND I LIED THERE IS NANO BISCOTTE STOCK ON TCSS (The Custom Saber Shop). EDIT2: Okay, maybe 06/03/2016 means March 6th, not June 3rd. In that case you'd be able to get one of those boards much sooner. How do I know which date system he's using? |

I have recently ordered Nano Biscotte boards from TCSS, one earlier this week and just submitted an order today for a second. These will fit into the Apprentice sabers, however be warned that there is a lot of electrical work to be done to get it to work properly. I would recommend taking the time to watch Shameem on youtube as he has a "How To" video that is very informative. Take note that he has done these assemblies several times and has gotten very good at it.
Can it be done? Yes you just need to have patience and an understanding of the process first. Good luck and let us know if you succeed in the endeavor. |
