Not lightsaber related, but still in the Star Wars ballpark
Official Jango Fett listing If you are into collecting the 6" Black Series Star Wars figures (like I've recently started), you are probably aware of the hoops you have to jump through in order to secure the ones you want for yourself before the scalpers get to them; whether it be pre-ordering months in advance, putting boots on the ground and going to every store in town, or hoping you don't miss it when it goes up online and sells out in minutes. One of the most recent hoops being a glitch that made the main Amazon listing for the Jango Fett figure (which is not only popular for being a great figure, but being a good base for making Death Watch customs) to go to a 3rd party seller/scalper with jacked up prices, and thus causing the official Amazon one (with the official $19.99 price) to not show up in any searches. Luckily a guy from jeditemplearchives.com found a special link that essentially brings you to a page that asks if you want to add the figure from Amazon's supply to your cart. The link has been kinda spotty the past couple days, but today it seems to be working fairly well and I managed to snag one for myself. Sorry if this isn't exactly relevant here, but I figured it might be helpful to somebody. |

Since Amazon hasn't ironed out the listing glitch yet, this is still the only way to check to see if it is in stock (which it has gone in and out of several other times since posting). The only other options are scalpers or as a part of a full case* from specialty retailers like BBTS. *A box with 6 different figures in it, which is how they arrive direct from the factory. |
