I found this little keychain thumb allen key the other day when cleaning out a garage in a rental property I own, and all the sudden a light clicked that THIS would be FAR superior to the little L shaped allen standard allen key for the blade retention screws in my sabers. Less stabby in the pocket, and much harder to lose. Unfortunately, to my dismay, it's a 7/64 and not 5/64. I've tried searching on google for something similar, but no idea what this would be called, and nothing that's even close shows up with any search terms I've tried thus far. Does anyone know what this sort of allen key would be called, or know of another option that would provide some of the same benefits?

It does in fact say "taurus" on it, but I had no clue what it might be for. Good eye! Noticed the shaft was hollow, and that makes a lot more sense now...

Hence the "Maybe". Might be a similar type of key for different manufacturer.

Think you may have misunderstood what I was saying there. It DOES say "taurus" on it. You hit the nail on the head for what this actually is. Now I just need to find something that is same idea, but smaller diameter. I suppose I could just bend a normal allen wrench handle in to a circle and dip it in rubber. Maybe figure out some way to punch a keyring hole.

Amazon has a few dozen options to choose from. Nothing exactly like what your picture shows of course. You might want to consider one of the choices that sorta look like a jack knife, but with Allen wrenches instead of blades.

What you need is a hex/dog key. They're mainly used to lock/unlock push bar style doors. I'm not sure if you can find one in 5/64, as that's REALLY small. They look like this:

A little pricey for a set of 4, but something like this might work:
