I got my Disciple the other day, and I noticed almost immediately that the blade is canted by almost a whole degree; the tip (37in blade) is half an inch off center from the hilt, and it is visibly angled. the hilt isn't warped, nor is the blade, visibly both are perfectly fine.
I wish I could post good pictures, I don't have a good enough camera to show the cant.
I've emailed customer service, but they haven't sent any real advice beyond putting tape at the bottom, which doesn't fix anything.
Should I void the warranty and put another screw 180 degrees from the current one? It does cant towards the screw, so I assume it's caused by the screw "pulling" on the blade, however it doesn't cant exactly towards the screw (has a slight left lean when the fork of the emitter faces the wielder). I don't know how to fix it then, and I've spent a good amount already on this Warrior edition.
Please get advice to me ASAP.

Have you checked the bottom of the blade to see if it's level? If the cut is somewhat angled, it could be causing your problem. If that's the case, it would be as simple as re-cutting or sanding the bottom level again.

I don't have super sophisticated tech to check, but from the naked eye it looks level.

You don't need any high tech, just a level, or even a square. You'd need to start with a level surface, stand the blade upright on it then test the blade.

Your led might be alittle off angle if it's not the blade itself

Still waiting on my first SF hilt, but if the bladeholder is loose enough that the blade slides in with no resistance, you might want to try a few wraps of tape around the portion of blade that sits inside the hilt. Enough wraps so that the blade is tight even without the retention screw - though obviously still put the screw back in place afterward.

The issue is not that the blade is loose. The problem is that the blade when it sits in the neck well cants about a half of a degree. Wrapping the bottom of the blade doesn't fix the problem.

If the hilt is straight and the blade is straight/unwarped and its simply how the blade sits in the hilt, it can probably be fixed with a little sanding at the base of the blade.
