Correct. Marginal increase. Compared it to a screen grab of a Wishlist Saber of mine and equates to difference of $16USD. Crystal Sabers= no change. (for now..)

It appears that indeed, this is true. However, I clicked around to both the Katana and Avenger and the base price still says $149. It was only after I entered the Avenger's Warrior tier configuration that it changed to include the new addition of $16.
May be frustrating for new buyers who don't know where that extra bill is coming from without the base prices being adjusted, as well. EDIT: Ooh, it would appear they removed upgrade prices, hopefully to be changed. |

It appears to be more than that. .my Exhalted Hero tier was 514 before taxes and shipping. .now is 600

Uhh, yeah, that doesn't seem right. It might've made sense if the price increases were marginal based on the expense of the tier, but I just compared the old Elite Champion price to the new one, and that is $16, as well. Man, do I ever miss the Big Red. He would be on top of this in record time, telling us what's up... |

I did, which is what led me to compare the difference for a Champion tier. I do hope you ordered before this, or are you talking about your upcoming order? If you haven't ordered yet, I'd wait a couple days to see if they've worked out the kinks in the 'new' site or if Melissa drops some info on us.

I already got my Exhalted , that price was from back in December. . I think it was 149 hilt plus 365 hero configuration. . I looked at my order and it has 514.. now I do the same and it hits 600.. not too excited about it |

Seems like something that would be pretty important to announce. I mean, it doesn't make much sense to be hyping the first ASP expansion if some kind of internals overhaul was imminent that would raise the prices.

If you go create a Hero Tier Monarch, it looks like the increase is not AS high as with an Elite Saber (roughly $76 dollars vs the $96 dollar increase for the Exhalted). I am all for Saberforge seeing success and increasing their prices to expand...but $100 dollars is a bit hard to swallow. I was looking at an Exhalted last night thinking, I should order this in the hero tier.....this definitely has me thinking twice.
Also, is the Hero Tier expected be available in the ASP system when it goes live? Not sure if anyone had any pre-go-live info. |
