So I ordered a Viper Warrior addition back in February and I am SO excited for it to arrive, only I was looking over my order receipt and the hilt finish is listed as standard when I was almost positive I listed it as weathered, because I like that look 100% better, I'll be so disappointed if the saber wasn't what I thought it will be all these months of waiting so far. I sent an email to sales, asking it if possible to change the order, I'm really worried they won't be able to and I spent all my money on it.
Do you think I'll have to cancel my order, get a refund and wait again? Or has anyone else ever had this issue before?  Thanks, Rachel |

Contact Saberforge ASAP and ask them. They're working on mid-Jan orders at the moment, so there's every chance, I suspect, of getting your order amended. Hopefully you won't have to cancel and re order.

That's a relief! Never thought this wait time would possibly save my butt. Thank you. The order was placed at the end of February even so hopefully they haven't touched it yet. We'll see. Thanks for the reply!

As long as your saber isn't in "shipped" status they'll probably be able to accommodate you.

Yup, just like Gaelis and h2soy said, you should be okay if your saber hasn't entered 'Shipped' status.

That is such a relief I hope this is the case!!! That weathered look is so rad. I can't wait to hold it. Does anyone else name their sabers? I still need to settle on a name but I want to handle it first.

Well, as an aspiring dual wielder with two green lightsabers (originally), the names I would have for my eventual green Oracle will be Emerald Justice, my current green saber (an Ultrasabers Apprentice V4) is called Emerald Fury, and my eventual blue Fury (to replace my Apprentice) will be called Sapphire...something. Kind of corny names, but they were the ones I originally came up with for my two ASP sabers (it would've been two green ASPs, no Ultrasabers at all); the sabers probably won't be named. However, with how Eddlyss, my fan character and personified connection to the Star Wars universe, was evolving as a person and a character, I decided to have him use his own green saber and the blue saber of his best friend, who ends up dead.
Wow, I am sorry for pouring all that out. Long story short, I named them a while ago, but things changed, so I retconned the names. |

those are pretty cool names! And yeah making characters for the star wars universe can be fun. I think my next saber will be blue. So far I have Red and soon purple. My red one is from Ultra Saber, I picked it up at a con really cheap. Good news, you guys were right and Saberforge emailed me back and made the changes to my order!! So painless and I can rest easy knowing she'll show up at my door all weathered and bad ass. |
