Hello, my name is Justin.
I recently received my saber, Fury Champion Edition with deep blue as it's color. I was extremely excited when I got the package but sadly, the bastard's blade would not even fit into the saber. This is very frustrating since I have waited so long. Also, the soundboard is loose in the saber. What can I do or the shop do to help me with this? Again, love your shop but was disappointed with this. I have not even touched it since I received because I was hoping I could get it fixed.

Hey Justin! Welcome to the forums.

For the blade issue, the Fury should really have no issues. Have you loosened the blade retention screw, removed the blade plug, inserted the blade, and then re-tightened the retention screw? If so, any pics or videos of the issue may help troubleshooting.

As for the loose sound card, someone else may be able to come up with a quick, warranty-safe fix.

Also, and this is of vital importance, please be aware that the forums are not to be confused with customer service. In some cases, it may be necessary to fill out an RMA form and return your saber for service, provided that it is still under warranty.
