I thought so too, but I noticed there's a lot of detailing to this one that the SF monarch doesn't have (screws on the "fins," more detailed knobs, etc). I think I tracked it down to RO-Lightsabers; here's some comparable shots of their Starkiller V3 and Starkiller V5 Mythos:
