Hello!!
I received my first saber today, and despite being on charge for several hours, my saber isn't working. I've left it to charge but when i remove the kill key the saber does nothing....no lights and no sound. Any advice?? Thanks |

Hi Saunders,
I have just acknowledged your New Members Introduction and wish to offer you some advice. The battery in Champion Tier Sabers can take a very long time to charge for the first time (12 hours has been quoted in some places). The charger should have a Red light on whilst charging and when finished this will turn Green. If you have done this and it still doesn't work then there may be a problem and you may need to contact Customer Services and take the matter up with SaberForge directly. If you have to email SaberForge, give as much detail as possible with your explanation of what's wrong and what you have done regarding charging the Saber up ect. This will help them to troubleshoot your problem more quickly. You can contact them at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , however it may take 2-3 days to receive a reply but they will get back to you. They will then instruct you on what to do next and advise whether or not to send it back in for repair (which is usually quite quick). Good Evening
I thought it might take a while to charge, what with the Saber travelling form the US to the UK. However, the charger was red for roughly an hour and then changed to green, but still no luck with the saber. I have already contacted Saberforge and I'm confident they will do what they can to resolve the issue. Would it be worth leaving my saber on charge for a while longer. Many Thanks |

I heard the sabers that were ordered in january and built in april are having some LED troubles, I'm not sure at all thats your case tho.

I have already emailed Saberforge, now it is just a waiting game!! I hope they will be able to help since I paid £79 in Custom Charges as well!!

Another Brit! Sorry I didn't check your profile otherwise I would have mentioned I too am from the UK, (I'm in the Outer Rim area, up north!). I would await reply from SaberForge as they may suggest charging it again, but would wait for instruction so as not to make the issue worse. Why charge again if the saber will not turn back on? I am assuming member Saunders has already fully charged it the first time, and it will not turn back on since.

Hello
I did charge it when it arrived but nothing happened so I put it on charge for longer. Still no luck so I will do what is advised and wait for Saberforge to reply to my messages. Regards |

Hi all,
Saunders stated that when he charged it the Indicator light was red for approx. 1 hour then turned green. I asked if he had fully charged it up to the length of time that most members here have had to charge their Saber the first time. I then recommended that if he had charged it and the Saber still didn't react as it should then he should contact SaberForge for further instruction and troubleshoot, (I stated that SF may suggest recharging in case of a battery that was fully drained due to transport times, temp etc.) I advised he await a reply before doing anything to prevent making the issue any worse than it is. kind regards, For Tyeth |
