TOPIC: Refund Policy

I ordered a total of 10 sabers for my groomsman from multiple business (Saberforge quality has clearly been the highest now that they are all in) and I just received my Saberforge order with 5 sabers. Everything is above and beyond what I could ask for, and i even got a free saber due to the may 4th sale. My Best man saw the free saber with sound and preferred it over the Prodigal Son Warrior Edition he asked for. I said yes, but i am not a huge fan of the PG and so was hoping to return/exchange it and use the credit towards a more expensive sound saber. I emailed Sales but with there being a time limit on the refund I wanted to see if anyone knew if this was possible.

Just wondering, when did you place the order and when did you receive the sabers?

Ordered early may and I just received August 1st.

So back to your query. I can't say for sure (as I haven't personally done it) I'm pretty sure there isn't an actual time limit on the Refund only on the documented intention to return the item(s) from the recent Order (15Days). Obviously SFCS will have a more accurate answer. There was a time when with Returns (not just limited to Warranty) where it was liable for a Restocking Fee (15%?) and Return Shipping was at your cost. So the Hilt Cost less the Fee (Shipping is independent) is either Refunded to you or held in Credit providing the Condition of the Hilt hasn't been compromised.

I could be wrong but I believe Nebosa may have done something similar back in the day with a Katana Hilt.

The alternative would be to sell the PS either through Facebook Groups or here in Trading Post Section and then use the proceeds towards another Hilt of your choosing.
