With cyan being blue/blue/green/green, and arctic blue being royal blue/royal blue/green/green, how do the two compare in terms of hue and brightness?
Are they the same colour, with AB being brighter/darker? |

Assuming you use a 37" V4 Infinity blade (and blades do make a difference), Arctic Blue is a lighter color than Cyan, and also less bright compared with Cyan. They are not the same color. There is no hint of any green whatsoever with Arctic Blue while Cyan looks towards teal but still blue upon first sight.
