Quick answer: 'The Tool was me, that clicked 'Add to Cart' and 'Proceed with Checkout'.

It was an Etsy Prebuilt by Daniel Lane through Customs. Maybe he used a Dremmel, or maybe it was his own channelled Force Lightning, most likely a Dremmel though..
