So, I'm sorry if this is a topic already open and if so, please direct me to it, but can we get a topic where people just post pictures/descriptions of the saber staffs they own??
I'm still waiting on my first saber but I do intend to get a staff so I was just wondering what other people had. |

There is no specific thread for saberstaff overall, but someone sometimes upload his saberstaff Pics at gallery section.
Please search there, recently I found some examples on apprentice saber review section. Mine is venom and juggernaut staff. Difficult to wield without suicide   |

I wonder if there is a staff coupler in the new ASP set SF is unleashing. It would allow people to make quite a few adjustments to perfect a good saber staff.

They've got I think five couplers designed and set for release with ASP. I think I saw them on FB.

Glad to hear it. They have put so much work and detail in everything else, it doesn't surprise me. I just hadn't seen it.

Come on, any other pictures? I just wanna see or hear peoples' ideas.
Was wondering if anyone knows if Apprentice Sabers can be paired with Elite Sabers well (i.e diameters compatible). I know that they CAN be stuck together but I'm just wondering how they'd look as nonparallel sabers look cool but uneven diameters don't. Also, does anyone have a Grand Master? I know it looks pretty basic but it also doesn't look half bad. |

1) Yes they could be paired. But as you noted there would be a diameter difference (OD) that would affect ergonomics. Also, apprentice sabers are noticeably lighter than elite sabers, which would throw the staff off balance. Can it be done? Sure. Would I recommend it? Nope.
2) If the Grand Master interests you I think you're in the minority. On this forum I've heard of one, maybe two people who own it. And now it's being replaced with a Satele design. If you like it, you might want to just pick up an empty before the redesign and do an install on your own when you have the money and time. |

Honestly not a ton but the price is a bit nicer. I think my next Saber will be a Champion 12w Arbiter so I can finish my saber staff and then I'll worry about getting an Elite Saber. All of them are pretty cool. I think my favorites are the Epoch, Venom, Venomous Fury and Sinister Prophecy. That said, the Fallen is probably my favorite I've seen.

No, I haven't seen a lot of saberstaff configurations on here. I've had a couple, and they're kinda meh. I've had a gladius/consular staff, and it actually wasn't nearly as bad as one would think, either. A disciple staff, meh... Acolyte staff... that was better than the disciples, honestly. But I've decided that a staff just isn't my cup of tea.
