I don't think the intention of anyone here is to rip on SF. I'm brand new to this forum, but I could probably safely speak for most when I say we do appreciate that SF is a smallish USA based company that builds their products to order for their very enthusiastic customers, and sometimes that means those products take a bit longer to get to those customers.
It was my intention to rip on USPS' lousy tracking though
I also don't think it's even remotely unreasonable for people to come to a place like this forum to discuss and share thoughts and experiences, good, bad and sometimes frustrating. At the end of the day, we're all just sharing our enthusiasm!
