Not sure if this means they'll increase the base price or if it'll just be a no cost upgrade/replacement. I'm guessing the base price will go up since the 12W+ modules come with quick connects standard. Yeah I heard you can do it for $25 through Etsy and I think I heard it'll be only an extra $5 when ASP rolls out. But last I heard they only had a few colours for the 12w+ LEDs, at the moment, and amber wasn't one of them. So it's cool you got it, you may be one of the first to get the 12w+ with amber

Same here, I didn't think they were able to do the amber 12W+ LEDs yet.
The only ones not available until this winter are Yellow-Lime and Indigo.

Yup, $25 extra. I haven't heard anything about it being $5 extra once ASP launches, where did you hear this?

Wait? Mods sleep??? When did this start? I might feel the need to say something totally inappropriate at some ungodly hour of the night, and I need that content warning, post deleting, ban hammer wielding keeper of peace in this galaxy whose 24x7 presence dissuades me from such thoughts!   Oh, and for those of you new to this place, he knows a thing or two about sabers as well. |

At first when I inquired about which colours were available Amber was not yet ready and that was around the beginning of July. Then around the 17th of July or so I inquired again and they told me the finally had amber but only a small batch was available for pre-sale, so I jumped on one.

I don't think they come with quick connects by default. The only things that come with them automatically are thr ASP kits... I'll have to get Darth Mario to confirm whether or not they do, tho.

Damn.
Wish I was home and not away for work. As per the tracking number my 12w+ Amber module was delivered the other day. Looks like you all and I will have to wait until late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning to see it. I'll post pics quickly. |
