Hello everyone :P

I've decided that I'm going to vertically mount my Guardian in my bedroom and was wondering if any of you awesome people know a good way to do so?

I know you can buy wall mounts, but I live in Ireland and therefore almost have to pay twice the price of them for shipping costs and I'm really broke at the moment so it's not a feasible option.

Can any of you suggest a good, cost effective way of doing so?
Thanks in advance to all who help :D

Where in the room would it be? How high on the wall would you want it placed?

Heard a lot of people say kayak paddle clips worked really well.

Like these... fairly low profile too, so they're easy to put up and unobtrusive once they are up.

Thats horizontal mounting.

Has anyone tested vertical mounting of the sabers with attached blades, on a single vertical kayak paddle or alternate mount?

The 'saber mounts' type black plastic mounts are just not an option as the black clip on the clear blade is a non-starter, so a single soft clamp on the saber base (in my case SF ASP + blade ) is what I'm looking for and what brought me to this thread.

Yes. I used one to mount an UltraSabers Raven on my wall at work, and after 6 months, I can say it is still holding that behemoth firmly. However, with a bit of moving around, the weight of it can make it slip down a but, so if you want it firmly held in place vertically, I would either use two clips, or one of the solutions that cups the bottom of the hilt, and clips the blade. Those are pretty inexpensive too.
