I received my Champion Exhalted a little while back, and of course it's awesome, though I noticed that the blade doesn't sit quite straight in the emitter. After a bit of dueling, I also noticed a bit of a rattle coming from the grenade section. I decided to send the hilt back in get get looked at, and while I'm at it, get the LED upgraded to a 12w+ module. I've had pretty good communication with customer service so far.
I put the saber in the mail on Tuesday 9/29, and see it has been delivered. How've all your experiences been sending your sabers in for repairs or upgrades??
