Actually it didn't.

Etsy order. Sabers been in the build que for about 4 weeks now. My tracking number status has been in "preshipment" for 2 weeks now.

What the deal?

Anyone have any information regarding "pre-shipment" USPS status?

Isn't 4 weeks in the build que longer than the 5-10 business days is should normally take to build the saber?

Just trying to get a sense of how much longer this wait will be.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Yes and no. Think of the build queue as a "wait list". It takes that long to even get to your saber. Once it hits the preshipment phase, your saber is being actively built. Realistically though, you will likely be waiting another 2-4 weeks here given how busy the Forge is. Hope this puts it in a better perspective for you!

If you read the FAQ, all the build ques quoted are just estimates, but ON AVERAGE it's 6-8 then 5-10 days to build and ship out. Again, ALL estimates.
