Can someone explain on the hero tier the color editor. Say I have a color like purple 12w and I want to use the editor to bring down the red color to make it more of a indigo color. Does that mean that the over all brightness of the led is dimmed due to changing the red color? Or does the brightness stay the same just the color changes and moving the color sliders have nothing to do with brightness, unless of course it is set to zero.

Woow mate ...

Commas, periods, heard of these? ;)
Your question will be much much much easier to read if you use them :)

Non native speaker here, I don't understand what you're searching for without the punctuation ... Do you mind editing your post a bit so it's more understandable? :)

Thanks.

Much clearer thanks! :D

If I understand correctly, you have the RGBA led, with which you can choose the light that's displayed through the hilt and blade.

Purely technically speaking, and at the same battery charge level, the brightness stays the same. Were you to measure the brightness in Lux or candles/m², it would (or at least should) be exactly the same.
However, some colours appear brighter to the human eye. Which means that a light green will SEEM less bright than a flaming red for example.

TL;DR: the colour will change, not the brightness.

Of course, if I am mistaken, please feel free to correct me fellow SF members.

Well actually I have just a 2 blue 2 red set up. I wanted to get an indigo color, but was afraid if I changed the red in the editor program it would dim the brightness. However you did answer and say that it just adjusts the color, but not the brightness. Correct me if I am wrong. :P

If you set both red leds to 0 and both blue LEDs to 255, you will have a blue blade at 6w.

There are no actual 12w LEDs, Saberforge has 4 3w leds combined to make 12w.
This is for all LEDs not just the hero.
If you dial one of the LEDs down your brightness will go down.

In reality the difference in brightness is minimal.
