Hello all. I am about to purchase 2 champion blades (actually, I already purchased 2 warrior blades, but want to upgrade). However, in addition to having them as duel sabers, I would like to use them as lit decorations in my game room. Is this currently possible? Can the blades ignite while being plugged in indefinitely?

Apparently, the in-hilt charger also acts as a killswitch.

Can saberforge wire me an additional charge port that allows me to use my sabers as a nightlite? Is there a DIY thread? 90% of the time, the sabers will remain on my wall, so I'd like them to be lit.

Brax Offline Administrator Posts: 2045 Thank you received: 645	I know there is a "Nightlight" option available, but I am not sure about the extra charge port for it. I know there is an explanation in the FAQ though, because Knytiri was making reference to it recently.

A nightlite port does not charge the battery, it is wired so power runs directly from the port to the LED and turns it on when its plugged in, and that's it. You can't have a champion set up like that at all. Wouldn't work.
