I need some help i think my account has been hacked. i tried to log on to my profile and it wasnt recognizing my password or my user name or email. i have an order for a lightsaber that cost me over 300$ and i tried to check on it from my receipt and it says it has been deleted. i dont know what that means but i think i just got screwed over. i at least want my money back but i dont want to have to send in an rma or whatever it with all my info if my info has been deleted!! so somebody please help me i just want my money back.

I wouldn't panic. SF switched servers so your order info is probably stored on the old server and not the new.
This doesn't mean your order was deleted or your saber left the queue. This is affecting quite a few people so contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. so they can send you the link to see your order on the old server. This time of year it may take 3 business yo respond due to the huge amount of traffic they're getting. |

Over the weekend we received a massive increase in website visitors that was crashing our website. We were forced to copy our website onto a new server with higher bandwidth and memory. We did not lose any orders or order details. Your order and/or account can be viewed on our old website by copy pasting this IP into your web browser address bar 162.144.89.214

Ah this is a relief, I was having the same problem when I came back from my vacation and I ended up sending an email to SF to inquire about it.
Glad to see my order still valid. |
