I ordered 2 sabers, each a separate order, one on October 22, the other on oct 24, both are black lotus sabers, one is hero RGBA, the other champion purple.
I just got the notification today on etsy that the shipping label has been created for both.

So it really comes down to the parts, if they have the parts all good to go for your saber you'll have shorter lead times, if you're ordering a very popular saber that they are short on parts for, it's gonna be a while...
