Same time frame. They take orders for sabers in the order they're received.

Knytiri, I was wondering if the orders from the main saber forge site are combined with their etsy orders since it is a first come first serve right? I apologize in advance as this has probably been asked at some point on here before.

Not Knytiri but I can answer the question: nope, the orders from the two shops are kept separate.
