I am trying to order my first saber from this website and after I have put in all my information into the correct boxes and click confirm Purchase, I am given this Error: There was an error while processing your transaction: This transaction has been declined. (2)
Order not completed, data is not valid. I have made sure all the boxes are filled with the correct info but to no avail. Has anyone had this problem? Is there a fix? |

I had this problem because for some reason Saberforge set off my fraud alert on my credit card.
Check your email for a notice from your bank or credit card company about a fraud detect. I was able to follow a link to verify that it was I who tried to make the purchase. Afterwards I was able to try again and the charge went through just fine. If you don't have any notices in your email then you might not have fraud alerts set up and you'll have to contact your bank or card company (whichever method you tried to pay with) and talk to them about it. |

And it said Order not completed, data is invalid? I feel like that message would be for missing some info on shipping but i have everything there.

Do i need to fill out: Company Name, Address 2, or fax? Those are the only things not filled. Also with this error, ((((This transaction has been declined. (2))))) does the '2' mean anything significant?

Hi Ethereal,
Are you having the saber sent to the same address as your Credit Card is registered to? Sometimes errors occur if the cardholder address doesn't match with the delivery destination address. I hope this helps, For Tyeth |

Yeah man I got the exact same error you're getting. It was because my credit card blocked Saberforge as a 'fraud alert" I had to go and verify the charge before they'd let it go through.
I tried everything, changing my address etc, I thought it maybe wanted my old address for my billing address. Nothing worked. Then I found the email about the fraud alert. You should call your bank or credit card company. I bet thats what your problem is. |

Yes, I even tried pressing the little button that says " Use for the shipto same as billto address."
