Just ordered my first saber. A champion acolyte in standard finish, with 12 watt purple LEDs and the quick change option.
Should be here by March 18. I'll post pictures when it arrives.

I would double check with SF on your saber having quick connects. It was my understanding that Initiate hilts couldn't be equipped with them yet since the regular clips were too big, though maybe the smaller ones have arrived by now. I assumed you ordered through etsy?

I did. I put in the notes to put quick disconnects if it was possible but it's not a big deal if they can't. I didn't know that about the initiate hilts, just didn't want to slow anything down if they had an issue.

The quick connects aren't stated to arrive until mid-march. And make sure you're okay with a pink color, the purple is way too pink.

I think you mean Apprentice hilts, vs Initiate level hilts. ;)

The Apprentice ones aren't able to have the quick disconnects in them yet. But, as said, that'll be remedied soonishly.

Well, I think I'm addicted now. I just order a champion level Silver Knight with an amber blade.
I'm still waiting for my Acolyte to show up, but it should be here any day now. I guess I'm going to have to start working more overtime...
