Sorry I missed your post till now. Firstly I don't want to get into the details of wait times etc as I am not an employee or have any official capacity to do so, but I will suggest you look in your spam folder of your email account. It is amazing how many SaberForge emails can be found here!
DK44 is correct that the company has had a large increase in business with the film, holidays etc that he listed so thank you for pointing that out!
Finally don't be surprised if this thread is either deleted or moved as this thread is used for members to post Reviews of Sabers they have received. General questions need to be posted in the Open Topics threads.
