Burns3558, am glad that your Switch Part is being corrected.
I've never had to complete an RMA for returns and hopefully will never have to. Reading the reply received from SFCS, to include a printed copy of both the RMA Form and email exchange, this would be contained within the sealed package right? When packages are sealed and delivered to an addressee by USPS (or other carrier) and signature on exchange at handover, you'd have to physically open the package to determine if the printed copies are included right?
How do you reject a package before signature acceptance citing non inclusion of RMA as the criteria? In the event a 'packing slip window' is used on the outside (depending on package type i.e. Box/padded bag) handling the goods before handover usually isn't entertained.
