Hey everybody, I just got my Crystal Reveal Monarch and I'm absolutely loving it! I do have one issue though, I got the Hero tier so that I could change sound fonts and what not, but now I'm having issues with those sound fonts.
Long story short, I edit, resample, and add the mono headers before uploading. When I run the Spark Color config editor for my SparkColor2 soundboard and open the sconfig.ini file in the editor, it crashes. This only happens with custom sound fonts, not with the ones downloaded from the igniter website. If I upload the files manually, they sort of work, up until I press the aux button to activate the blaster effect or the lock effect, at which point all sounds stop and I hear nothing but static. Additionally, when the static starts the entire blade locks up, I can't even turn it off without putting my kill switch in. I'm absolutely certain that this is user error, can someone help me fix this issue? Edit: So I just found out that now I can't even switch sound fonts, this is a little unnerving and I hope it's not a defective product... |

I was having the same problem. The fix is first delete all the folders in the fontx folder and the two wave files in the root fontx folder. leave only the config files. Then copy all the custom font sound files to the directory without putting them in the subfolders. now run the spark editor, it will see all the wav's place them in the correct folders and fix the config files.
