I would have thought a single pinned "What's in your Mystery Box?" thread in Open Topics would be plenty, since in-depth reviews would still go in the appropriate hilt subforum, and questions could be covered in the announcement thread.

Let's just say it was done by request.

Every new thread in the section could be started by a different recipient to detail their experience, and their new saber. A review that deals more on the speed of delivery, the unexpected nature of the Mystery saber, and the awesomeness of the price for what was received. This, as opposed to a traditional review, as there are already review sections for any saber you would receive.

At least, that's my take on it.

Blade length, color, finish, etc. will be decided by Saber Forge. I would like to make one comment about this if no one at SF thought it through. Just make sure that if you send out a shoto saber, only send 18" blades. Otherwise, a 37" blade in a shoto could be unwieldly. Ryan

They're easy enough to cut down to length anyway.
