Thank you for the Up close & Personal Review of Vanquish, Ex66. I have remained apprehensive about the SF Curved Hilts (Bane/Vanquish) and after watching the Video it's certainly confirmed a few things for me, it's not the Hilt for me personally. It will serve as a nice addition to your Collection (and seriously, you may need to re-evaluate your display again 'cause having them lined up against furniture may not be a solution).

There is one appeal this Hilt has for me, the Emitter Windows.

I had remained uncertain if this was cast as two halves (like Bane) and whilst the seam is near perfect by comparison, part of me was (prior to the close up) hoping for a mandrel bend or minimally, a press bend so that the Body remains as one solid piece, a true curved Hilt. Have you tried swapping out the Emitter & Pommel with your other ASP Parts for kicks? You mentioned you've had it for a few weeks now, have you had a chance to bang the blade against anything to determine the friction against the fork prongs (similarly, the alleged blade cracking from Disciple and Fury with the fork prongs)? I encountered a similar problem with the Emitter shroud on my Ascend so it effectively stays on displayed and removed during contact.

Great colour choice with BO (or Red Orange as the Site Lists now) against the DT Finish. Congratulations and thank you for sharing.

The design of the hilt is really the crux, just like if there is normal shaped hilt but if I dislike the design, I won't get it. As for the Vanquish, it's all solid and I don't think I will swap any parts out. That's why we have ASP for that.

Not necessarily for permanent swapping-out, merely wondered (since a highlighting point when it was unveiled that the Emitter/Pommel were ASP compatible) if you too had the curiosity to see your ASP Hilts with a curved Body. I also sense (with your enthusiasm to Crossguards) that Dark Paladin (which looks Light) may be on your acquisition radar too?

If your strength with the Darkside was truly so, would we not have seen both your hands driving the levitation or even Saber activation by Force (instead of finger force)? Was 'out-of-camera-view Lefty' used with the packing polycarb inserted into the Pommel? Or is Mastery actually achieved?
