First charge always takes a while. 10ish hours. They charge faster after the first time, in my experience.

Good to know. Thanks brother. Had me a little concerned. A battery shouldn't take that long to charge. Alas. I snapped some more pics anyways to update.

Yeah, I'm not sure why the first charge takes so long, but it always does. I have yet to figure that one out lol

One issue I've encountered. I felt the hilt getting warm. Had it on for less than 10mins. Only enough time to snap a few pics with the blade in and found that it was hard to remove (expanded in size due to heat). Upon further inspection, found portion of the inside of the blade had been melted.
