Struck me as the first generation saber capable of functioning without the necessity to be tethered to an outside power source. What do you think?

Every time I see something like these I just think "WOW!, what talent!" I've been wanting to build a hilt out of copper and brass for a while and seeing this just makes me want to even more. I think I have enough projects ongoing for the time being though

Hi all,

There is a beach near where I live where you can dig up all sorts of shell casings, only TWO drawbacks...

1) Some of the casings are very old and could be of the Uranium Depleted variety (very bad!)....and
2) The RAF still use the beach as a "Live Firing/Bombing Range" so kinda don't like the public venturing onto it!

I may be "One with The Force and The Force is with me" but I'm not stupid, I think I'll leave those casings where they are!

I actually thought those hilts were valves from the TARDIS when I first saw Brax's post.
