Most custom cosplay artisans are backlogged until the post holiday season because of Halloween and the release of The Force Awakens. At this point you're best bet is to find components you like from ebay and etsy and put together your own.

I ordered from Kloes Customs (https://www.etsy.com/shop/KhloesCustomClothing) this weekend. For a custom order I got 4-6 weeks. There's many places, but like h2soy said many of them are filling up. I'd place an order somewhere sooner than later if you want to have something before January. I know Twin Roses Design which was my first choice is booked till next year. Check the Cosplay section of the forums for more suggestions.
