Execute66 Offline Platinum Member Posts: 1127 Thank you received: 505	Suncrusher SkyBlue. The Graflex is a nice looking hilt but totally uncomfortable to hold. It's a show piece just like when it graced the movie world in 1977.

I find it helps right-handed grips to rotate the Graflex clamp to the other side (remove the one screw holding it in place, rotate the clamp, then re-insert the screw in the newly revealed hole. Part of the 2.0 design, and no electronics to screw up.), Then grip the saber around it's neck, thumb just above the clamp, box between fingers and palm. Also gives easy-access for the thumb to press either switch.

These Flex's are show pieces anyway, I think it'll be crazy to duel with them.

The Enhanced Blue Day blade is probably the least effective out of the three colors (red version, amber-orange version) as there are many shades of blue. I find the lighter blues work better with the Enhanced version (SkyBlue shown here) whereas if you take a deeper blue (like their special TFA or Royal Blue), it won't be as "enhanced". Red and Amber-Orange versions; no problems, they are nice. And no 7/8" versions are made, only 1".
