Agreed. From what I have seen here and there on the forum, they still get a lot more right, than wrong. However, the mistakes do have to be reported, even if the shipping costs are so cost prohibitive that sending the saber back for repair/correction is not an option. The problem cannot be addressed unless they know about every instance. Then the hope is they take the necessary steps to minimize them to the extent possible in the future.

Are the majority of the issues we have seen reported here about sabers from Etsy?

I had envisioned Etsy orders as pretty much pre-made stock, that required no real modification, where they just selected from a bin, then shipped, and that was how they were able to cut so much time off the order. If so, then it is a much simpler issue to address.

Everything that I asked for in the additionnals comments got messed up! It is clear a big part of the problems comes to life there!

I am sorry to hear about your recent calamity. I can only imagine how mad and frustrated you are right now. I hope that Phil and the gang will resolve this issue expeditiously, and without further cost to you.

But before, I want you guys to know this: I was very, very, very mad when I received my saber! Now, to be honest, I love it the way it is! The Viridian Soundboards are giving it a jedi sound, which is nice! I wanted to try the Crimson soundboards, but I'm not so sure about what would have been the result! Yes the coupler is short, but it allows me to lock both sabers in position, making the emitters face each other perfectly, which is nice! This is, I know, a common problem with staff! My true and only regret is the lenght of the blades I received! Otherwise this is, I think, a real masterpiece!

I added a grip pattern on both hilts so the staff is more comfortable to wield. Now I just need to wait for those Spear extensions to come out, and I'll have my Killer Staff! Though I should buy shoto blades! This thing is gonna be long as ****!

This stuff is a case of killing two birds with one stone !
Could you tell me the length and weight ?

Weight, not so much! I don't have scale here to do so! HOWEVER, I can give you the lenght!

- Blades are 32 inches each!
- Every sabers are 11'' long
- Coupled together, we talk about 21.5''
- Nagakami style: 51 inches
- Saberstaff form: 81 inches!

Looks good Revan! If you don't get the right blade length then I guess measure twice and cut once! Who knows you might find a different length to go with?

Probably! I'm just not very well equipped to cut my blades! Otherwise trust me, it would already be done haha! I can always use the tools where I work at! They have plenty of stuff that could be useful to do so!
