Good day all!
So buying parts to assemble my first saber and was wondering is it possible to requesting weathering with a special finish? I know I can do a weathered look myself, but would prefer it be done professional compared to me working my way through it. Linked is my build and my plan is to use the Silver Vein Powder Coat for the entire saber. Great looking saber!! And i think it would look amazing with the sliver vein powder coating. I've seen threads on here about custom weathering but, i dont blame you for being cautious about doing it yourself. A quick search should give you some good results.
Have you checked for any local powder coating places in your area? |

There are some in my area and where I work there is a very nice paint booth I could have someone paint it for me if needed. I went ahead searched for the finish on the forums and didn't find too many pictures of it.
So I went ahead and ordered an emitter and switch to see if someone here at my work can powder coat it or work their magic with it lol. I shall of course post images once everything is completed ^_^ |
