Hello folks,
I'm about to build and order a saber for my wife as a present, and she loves the color Teal - that blend between Blue and Green. Since I've never seen a Saberforge blade in real life, I'd like to ask if anyone of you guys have opinions and real-life experience with the colors of the blades, and which you think would be closest to Teal. I would guess either Cyan or Mint Green, but which would be closest to a 50/50 mix of green/blue? (And yes, I noticed there was a leather wrapped hilt with "Teal" color, that's a given!  )Thankful for advice, /Tomper |

Although I'm biased and love the Cyan, it is definitely on the bluer side of the spectrum; at least through my eyes. I think for a more Teal or Turquoise color, the Mint green is more accurate - with a little more of the green shining through.

Mint Green is probably the closest you'll get to a Teal.
Cyan is obviously not teal, it's cyan. Get quick connect options and get both modules if you're unsure and she can choose in person. You can keep the other module or sell it on the FB group. |

Mint green for sure - it doesn't photograph well, but's a very nice shade that comes in very close to teal.

The other option is to get the RGBA option, then you can custom mix the colors to get as close to teal as you want.

I'm actually looking to get the Two Lightsaber ASP deal on Indigogo, for a pair of sabers for my wife and my 10th wedding anniversary - so I get to play too. I don't think the RGBA option is available on the ASP right? Seems I can only pick a color of the blade? Anyway - seems Mint Green is the way to go, after reading your comments. ...but while I have your attention... I'm looking to get a nice orange blade for myself. Any opinions on color for that? Is "Blood Orange" or "Amber" the way to go? I don't want it to be mistaken for a Red sith-blade, so I'm afraid the Blood Orange might be too close? Or is that color much more vibrant and strong and orange and nice than Amber, so I should get it anyway? |

I think it depends on your eye for this one; and how deep of a shade of orange you want to go. Much like you find an orange in the super market with different peel shades.
I have and like them both ( Amber and Blood Orange). I don't think that the BO is too Sithy in color, but it is a deep orange because of the red color mix ( I believe it's Red/Amber). Have a look: BLOOD ORANGE AMBER |

First - congratulations on your anniversary!
RGBA is not available for ASP yet - but there may be a later set of expansion electronics to add that in the future. For now, you will need to select from the available colors. I previously owned a Blood Orange hilt before I traded it, and it's a really nice, warm orange. I think it looks fantastic and would be a great contrast - here's a picture of the Blood Orange next to a mint green!

Your Relic looks incredible. Have you ever tried w/just blade plugs on cross-guard emitters and main blade.?Archon great hilt as well.! Want to mod my Consular shroud like the Relics..
