So this review is way over do, I ordered this of of the kickstarter in July 2015, but life got in the way.
Currently its disassembled waiting for a new emitter and switch section, for my lightsabers backstory, not any fault of the current parts.

I actually had the graflex d ring pommel originally but I preferred the fallen after I saw it in the shop. Originally i got the hilt only package, and then got electronics later. After a failed DIY wiring experience I simply got a plug and play Hero kit with guardian blue led and blue av switch.

This was my first saber with sound, and my god I immediately understood why people pay hundreds of dollars for it. It feels so real, and eventually when I decided to start writing my own star wars story this became my characters lightsaber. And eventually it gets damaged so I needed some new parts, which I will review on my saber when they arrive. But as can tell I actually slightly modified my emitter. It is a prodigal son emitter but with the brass and aluminum pieces removed.

Also the customer service was incredible, they answered all my questions patiently and politely, all I can say at the end is this: Don't hesitate, save the little extra and get saberforge products!

P.S. Apologies for the crappy photos, they were done on my phone in a hurry!

Thanks! I used to dual a lot with my two US, and when this arrived I dueled quite a bit with just the hilt and blade. I found that the thin neck adds an interesting flow to spins and such, however in my opinion its just to long, by shortening it it handle much better now!
