I thought it was decent. I didn't get super attached to the new characters, which don't seem like they will ever be revisited, but the new adventures were cool, and it added some enjoyable background to Poe.

I was disappointed. I was expecting it to throw a bone out there for TFA, but it really didn't. It was just a Battle of Endor story rather than a Journery to The Force Awakens.
As a story, it was fine and a pleasant read. But, like you said, the main characters are there for just those 4 issues and will never be seen again. |

I thought it was decent. But boy oh boy that settlers of catan reference made me mad for some reason I still can't quite pin down. I'll chalk it up to get your earth pop culture outa my Star Wars

Lots of fun references like Leia's force sensitivity and The Jedi Temple tree. Considering those leaked set shots showed a GIANT tree, I have a feeling that Temple shrub is going to play a big part.
