Hi again,
I just thought you may like to see why I was so happy about my saber, with a couple of pics to show what I upgraded from. These two sabers have served me well but the Luke ROTJ (LFL circa 2002 on the right) is just old and the Anakin hilt (also LFL circa 2002 on the left) is losing the chrome effect and the light shines out of the hilt near the two accent LED's. It does still work and has the Interactive lessons voiced by Yoda and Ben Kenobi, and a secret activation function. 
At the end of the day though they have seen better days... The Phoenix saber stand and the T-shirt this collection is stood on was the prize I received for the ASP Design Competition held recently. Thank you Artair, for helping to keep me entertained whilst I waited.Just to let you know I' m not letting anybody near my saber with a beer bottle! I haven't heard back about that stunt yet.
I also have to say that I was mainly joking about the customs taking so long, it was only just over a week I had to wait, so that was good. Glad you liked my preview and I look forward to chatting again, For Tyeth |

The wrap position looks to me like it's perfectly balanced for one hand. Just looking how sleek it is compared to your other two sabers in the photo, yet so much more going on inside that chassis. More pics on the way? I'd love to see the reptile grip in more detail. All the best buddy, happy Christmas and well done! |

Hi Aidzer0,
Thanks for the compliments! The Disciple is sometimes described as a simple hilt but it is far from being a simple design. When you personally hold one and see all the angles, curves, colours and feel the textures and weight you realise there is a magic to the saber. One example, look closely at the pics online at the choke point, it has 3 silver rings on black paint, look at that in person and you find that the paint has a grainy texture to it! 
And the blade itself now fully charged, no special effects, just blade and camera.. 
and with the plug..

I haven't forgotten you, my friend, you requested more Reptile Wrap for Christmas... 
and the pommel, Covertech and Reptile Wrap.. 
Hopefully you will see what I meant about the pommel length and the Covertech securing the Reptile Wrap. Again these aren't great pics, I have to hold my saber in one hand (Don't go there NeBosa!) and balance my tablet in the other and still take a picture! The amount of technology and design that fits into this gorgeous saber is unbelievable, and it would be nice to have a section on the forum to shine a light on the folks who design these creations (I heard Mrs Isherwood is quite good at designing a saber!) Thanks For, love the light catching that textured wrap. The two black rings immediately above and below, together with the covertech really set it off. I see what you mean about the little details like that.
So the pommel is like an insert into the hilt. And also looks a bit longer than in the store pics. Congrats and best wishes to you. Xyster |

Hi xyster,
The pommel unscrews but it isn't necessary on the Champion to access the battery or internals unless you need to. Here are a few pics I found in my research showing the pommel as I described.. This is a warrior but it appears that the pommel isn't tightened to the extent my saber's pommel is. 
This is my saber again.. 
And the "Bespin Duel" window or sound vent in the pommel.. 
Hopefully you can see what I meant by the distance between the accent ring and the shroud is different. I think this caused the concerns folks had. And the wrap feels better than it looks! For Tyeth |

Hi all,
I hear people around here like "Saber Selfies", well at the risk of scaring everybody I reluctantly post mine here to demonstrate the colour of my Disciple, The Bal'demnian Blade. And my SaberForge T-shirt I received as a prize. I am no model or photographer but I found the timer function on my tablet..If you are brave continue to the pics! haha!

That saber looks incredible! I found out on christmas that i should be recieving a warrior edition acolyte sometime in febuary. The disciple might be my next one once i have the funds.

Hi Jakub,
It has a Black Reptile Wrap, similar to crocodile skin pattern and is actually wrapped around and glued in place like a tennis racquet handle.(But it feels much better than a tennis racquet handle!) When you order this Saber you have a choice of colour and texture for the Wrap material. I hope this helps, For Tyeth MTFBWY |
