The anime has made me realize how Star Wars has inspired so many cultures and stories in so many ways. I highly recommend reading the Manga if you are feeling something missing after watching the anime. (By the way brotherhood follows the Manga)

Great show indeed, I've only seen the entirety of Brotherhood, though. Haven't seen the movie, anyone know if it is any good?

Its from the Full Metal Alchemist anime.
It is a metallic prosthetic limb that is attached to the nerves via nerve endings.
Very similar to the Star Wars idea of robotic limbs.

Very cool, like the idea between the parallels of artificial limbs between the two universes. For some reason, I pictured your Samurai armor being similar to that of Ed's armor when started reading this.
