Standard body and flash suppressor. I lost my original recharge port bit so I improvised with a "modern" recharge port (left side) and a gas expansion tank (right side). This sucker is solid metal so it is HEAVY in hand. Eventually I'd like to get a holster it actually fit's into.

looks really nice you going to put a rifle scope on there? Might have to do a custom job getting that holster these were made using a Mauser C-96 originally but I have no clue if that would help but on ebay they have lots old new holsters for them. Things that might get you started and would need modified...or learn a little more leather working and do your own holster and rig.
