I made yet another blade plug the other night.

I was able to find these plastic caps that fit into the 1" heavy grade polycarb. I installed the cap on the bottom and hot glued it in place then painted it white. The white paint still allows light to come through but it is greatly diffused. You can literally hold it inches from your eye and you can stare right at it (I did it).

I plugged the bottom for aesthetics so that when I have the blade plug installed, the opening in the top retains the look of a hole.

I wish I had the means to a better and more uniform method of sanding to give these the proper finish they deserve to match the quality of a hilt. I basically found 1" aluminum body washers and adhered them to the top lol
