I was just playing battlefront last night (PS4). I like all modes but probably do supremacy the most. Send a shout out if you need to team up. Eastern time zone.

I'll just put my psn name here for anyone who'd like to add me, and if you do, just leave a note that you're from the forums :) -- daftPirate

Well I'm on PS4, but there's no need for any xbox hate. Both have their strengths and weaknesses, and in a way make each other better. Without the Xbox 360, PS3 would have never dropped its ridiculous $599 launch price. Without the PS4, the Xbox one would still be online only and not allow used games. And without Microsoft working on software based backward compatibility for select 360 games, I doubt PS4 would have had the influx of PS2 games hit the PS4's store in recent months (including the GTA Trilogy and Star Wars Bounty Hunter).

I'm on pretty sporadicly lately, but I'm Mr_Rogers_17 on PSN (my avatar is currently Red Hood from Arkham Knight).

I've been playing Heroes on my phone for a while now as well as Battlefront and recently Bounty Hunter on the PS4.

Use to play Racer's revenge back in the day and that's become available on PS4 too so might get it again.

Oh and I've got SWTOR on the PC but haven't got round to playing it. I think it's because I prefer using joypads to keys!

I'm the same way. While I acknowledge that you can aim more easily with a mouse, I've never liked controling my movement with keys. Plus I try and use bumper/trigger jumper controller layouts when possible so I don't have to take my thumb off of one of the sticks to jump, which negates the main complaint I hear about control pads.

Though with a game like SWTOR does lend itself to being better with a keyboard and mouse.

My favorite childhood games were Xwing/TIE/XWvTF. My first big forum was LSF(?) Last Star Fighters or something like that. Avenger Squadron for LIFE! /Momento Mori

I should try some of those now that I have a Saitek X55 Rhino. Half the time in Elite Dangerous I'm imagining BSG or SW...or playing their music lol

SWTOR keeps popping up, guess I should try that out.

Heroes of the Galaxy is fun. Nearing end game play, just need shards now.

Wonder how long til someone makes a lightsaber game with the HTC VIVE....

The best way to get the ones you want consistently is to buy them using the game mode specific currencies for Squad Arena, Squad Cantina Battles, and Galactic War (assuming the character shards you want are available in those modes).

Yup that's what I'm doing. I'm somewhere in the 60s for level, main squad is in the 50s. Just trying to get them all star'd up and into purple gear. While getting more jedi leveled up so I can get closer to Yoda in 2.5 weeks when he comes back around.

I go back as far as the original X-wing too. I also played and enjoyed Dark Force 1 and 2, Battlefront, and The Force Unleashed, which I still play.

I also remember setting up those Lan parties, sometimes just peer to peer. A lot more troublesome to do then, than now.

It's not even Star Wars related and so far left field it would raise questions.
I recall a time when I would play Galaga on the old-school table top coin-ops for 20 cents per game. I'd imagine the fighter I was controlling at the bottom would be an X-Wing, destroying the onslaught of the Imperial Army descending down the screen.

First Star Wars game I played much of was the original X-Wing. Then TIE Fighter, XvTIE, XWA... Then KOTOR. (Man, KOTOR1 was so much better than 2. I seriously wanted to just lop Kreia's head off about an hour after I met her.)

Now, I play Galaxy of Heroes and Commander on iPhone, and Star Wars: The Old Republic on PC. (Ebon Hawk, both Pub and Imp sides. :) )

Hahahahaha that's what everybody says. I am a Xbox and Mac guy lol. Xbox was my first major console and thus Halo was my main game. Gotta stay with it hahaha
See, being a Mac user is why I'd think you would hate Xbox--Halo was originally going to be one of the few games (back then) released simultaneously on Mac and PC, because Bungie was historically a Mac developer. However, Microsoft wanted an exclusive title for their new console, so they bought Bungie and released Halo only on Xbox at first. The Mac version eventually was released, but two years later, ending up the last platform to be released for.

Man, I'm STILL bitter about that.

I played almost all SW games since X-wing :)
My favourites are the KOTORs by far.
I played for a year SWToR, but it doesn't run on Linux... so I can't play now :(

Coincidentally, the latest Humble Bundle is full of old Star Wars games, running from the original X-Wing through KOTOR2. Just an FYI for anybody looking to replay some old classics.
